Two men were cited after a minor collision a mile west of Illinois River Road.
According to the Illinois State Police, the two men from Hardin, who were ages 18 and 19, were heading west on the road when one of them tried to pass the other one.
The man tried to the pass as the other man was attempting a right turn, resulting in a minor collision. One of the men was driving a motorcycle and the other was driving an all-terrain vehicle.
One of the man was transported to the hospital. The same man was charged with improper overtaking a vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and no valid registration.
