A deputy pulled over a man on a motorcycle for driving 16 mph over the speed limit. Once pulled over, the man handed the police officers a piece of cardboard with a number and the word “Geico” on it.
The man did not have a license plate for the vehicle, registration or insurance. He also did not have a functioning tail light. The man said that he was missing things because he built the motorcycle himself.
The man was cited for the infractions including speeding and no proof of insurance.
